Project Description

Under this project, RSE has provided preliminary, environmental documentation, final design.  The project scope included conceptual engineering, project study report preparation, construction cost estimating, funding sources identification, grant applications, and coordination with Caltrans, the SCVTA, BART, CCJPA, UPRR, historic societies, FTA, SHPO, fiber optic companies, public utilities, as well as other local city agencies.

RSE, as part of the program management team provided funding and program management and established project controls including cost and schedule.

RSE, under various contracts, provided program management, final design, surveying, right-of-way engineering, and construction support services.
